Who We Are

Women of Abia,
serving Abia

Abia Daughters UK & Ireland was born in London in 2018, after our founder witnessed the quiet struggles of widows and their children during frequent visits home. What began as a small gathering of women in a London restaurant is today a growing movement of compassion.

“Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world.”

James 1:27 (NIV)
